// OVERVIEW
NODE 04 - REGIONAL DATA PROCESSING FACILITY
Node 04 is an operational data processing facility that supports the Googla Maps tactical satellite grid. The site ingests imagery from the regional uplink, normalizes map tile sets, and routes them to clients under a redundant, continuously monitored backbone.
The facility runs 24/7 as part of the wider ground-station network. Routine status and uptime metrics are published below. Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized operations staff.
FACILITY CAPABILITIES
Satellite Uplink Processing
UPLINK//S60Ingests and normalizes imagery and telemetry downlinked from the regional satellite constellation.
Map Tile Distribution
TILES//CDNServes cached map tile sets with low latency to Googla Maps clients across the region.
Routing & NAT Backbone
ROUTE//B0Carries facility traffic over a redundant backbone with automatic failover between links.
Monitoring & Telemetry
MON//N4Continuously tracks link health, thermal load and service uptime across all upstream systems.
